Before the session, everyone should read the session’s paper and specify (at least 3) things that they liked about the paper, did not like, areas for improvement.  This could be done by highlighting corresponding parts of the paper, and adding notes (in Mendeley); or through other means.  Due date is 1 week before the session.

Every participant will have a chance to select a paper, and then lead the corresponding session discussing the paper.  Session Leader needs to become intricately familiar with the paper.  Session leader should become familiar with the notes/annotations of others, and be ready to lead the discussion.
